*We don’t attempt to remove heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, or other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage anyone’s paint!
*We don’t do deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)
*We don’t remove excess paint from surfaces.
*We don’t clean inside dishwashers and washing machines.
*We don’t totally remove strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc). Again, we will do our best.
*We don’t clean exterior windows.
*Removing pet hair from furniture. While our First Visit (Deep) Clean “extra” option does include vacuuming furniture, we do not guarantee the removal of all excessive pet hair. We do our best, and we hope our clients will understand the effort taken.
*No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.
*We do not perform services while other services are being conducted in or around the interior of the home – plumbing, painting, carpet cleaning, construction, etc.
*Cleaning Mini Blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.
